The Foot Health Centre has been established in Coulsdon, Surrey for over 50 years and moved to its present location in 1991. We are members of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists and the Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine (CPSM)

Podiatry in its modern sense involves total care of the feet and through them, the whole body. Podiatrists will ask many questions about your general health. This isn’t being nosey, we are included in the whole medical team and may work closely with your GP, Consultant, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Physiotherapist etc.

To become a Podiatrist involves a rigorous 3 year full time degree course. This permits us to use local anaesthetics, enabling us to treat feet painlessly and perform minor operations. All instruments are sterilised and we maintain high professional standards.

The average person will walk TWICE around the world in a life time. That’s not including the wear, tear and mileage they clock up during physical activity on the way!

Feet could be classed as a miracle of natural engineering, but as with all mechanics, natural or man made, they need maintaining, repairing and regular servicing. So...
